Sunset Sanctuary — The Golden Hour Ritual is a beachside slow flow practice designed to align body, breath, and spirit with the setting sun. As daylight softens into dusk, we move through gentle, fluid sequences inspired by the rhythm of the ocean tide—inviting release, grounding, and restoration.

This is your midweek ritual of transition—where doing softens into being, outward light turns into inner quiet, and form melts into flow. All you need is a mat, a beach towel, and a water bottle—then simply allow yourself to soften into the threshold between day and night.
